I don't know about anyone else, but my feel was astonishing. Considering of it, all my friends and families got windows, doors, siding, roofing, and a few sunrooms because of the astonishing product and the customer service was very informative. What some customers don't sympathize is that it takes longer than five weeks to get everything made and installed. They are the only company that actually makes their product at a higher course versus Andersen Windows which is accented crap and their warranty is worse.

The rep was easy to talk to. He was very interested in our projects, our firm and what nosotros were looking to do. He gave u.s.a. good advice that was not just focused on selling the states windows. He offered u.s.a. other communication nearly other projects that we were looking at, and his thoughts on them based on his experiences. And then, information technology was overnice that he wasn't just there to be a salesman of Champion Windows. He presented an all-effectually, "I'm here to aid you lot. And if this is the right pick for you, then we'll effigy it out. And if it'southward non the right option for yous, you'll know later this visit that it's non."
The install was awesome. Those guys were corking. It was a grouping of nigh 4 or 5 people. And they communicated when they were coming upward. They came upwards. They were very professional and polite. I could meet them being very witting of our space. They had a lady that followed them around with a Shop-Vac, making sure that if annihilation got dingy, information technology didn't stay dirty for very long. They were fast.
And I asked them, "Tin can you relieve our windows?" Considering nosotros didn't desire broken windows. Which I read reviews that sometimes in that location are cleaved windows. But we as well wanted to be able to reuse the windows. I was concerned that it might not be very easy for them to save the windows. And they said, "Sure, that's no problem at all. Here's the state of affairs with your windows. Here'south what nosotros need to do to save them. We can't save these pieces because they have to come out." They very clearly explained everything to me of what they could do and why. They did 7 windows in four hours and left, and everything was clean and done. I went around and looked at all the outside stuff. And it was all very well done.
The merely problem that we're having right now, and part of why I haven't washed the email surveys, is because I don't know how to rate that. The salesman was great. The installers were great. Merely we had one of our windows, two days after it was installed, nosotros went downwards in that location and information technology was broken. Our just guess and other people who looked at it, is that peradventure the gas pressure inside, considering of our altitude, there might take been a piddling defect of some kind and it caused it to explode. Considering that'due south what happened. One console is still intact, just the inner panel exploded in. It wasn't that dramatic, but the glass was pushed in. I am holding off to run into how they dealt with that.
Also, the wrong handles were ordered for i of the bay windows. So, we tin't open up the bay windows yet. We still have stickers on those windows considering we can't get to them without opening the window. I called the call center to follow upward, considering I emailed the data. The customer service lady that I talked to via email was very helpful. And she said, "If we can figure out what window this is for sure, so nosotros don't have to take the time to send a tech out there to measure out and brand certain what nosotros demand to supercede. I can only put the guild in." And so, I gave her the measurements. She said, "No problem, I constitute the window. Information technology's the but one of that size, and I'll put in the order."
I tried to follow up a couple of weeks later on. I called and I was sent to a dissimilar telephone call center. But they didn't know the state of affairs. And then, they had to do a little research and they got back with me, which was fine, and said, "We're sending a request to the Denver center for them to update you on what's going on with the handles and the windows." But I never heard back from Denver on that. Other than that, I'chiliad happy at this point.

Xxx twelvemonth old home. Windows were fogged and leaking. I checked several local suppliers and found that good quality windows were on society and commitment time was unavailable. Installers varied as well as install prices. I made an appointment with Champion's competition company and got a no show and no call back. I called Champion Windows and fabricated an appointment for a sales rep. Michael arrived on fourth dimension and well prepared. Explained the divergence in their production five/southward others and what products they had to offer. My married woman and I selected the windows of pick and Michael measured the existing windows for replacement. He then called Portland for price and availability. Nosotros received a one fourth dimension quote for windows and installation. Approximate time of delivery and install was given at this time.
I paid 1/2 down with cash back credit card and received greenbacks discount and no extra charge. An appointment was fabricated for a installer to come and check measurements for accuracy. The installed showed upwardly on time and called before his arrival. Joe measured all windows, checked and double checked his measurements and sent the gild for construction. Several weeks before the windows were to be delivered, I was contacted by the visitor to verify the install engagement.
On said engagement the installers called and arrived on time and started work. A van truck arrived shortly after with the windows. Some modifications had to be made to the window sills because of divergence in thickness of existing windows and the installers did an excellent job of fitting and installing. They had eight windows and 1 sliding patio door installed in less than vi hours, working straight through, no breaks or lunch which was offered. Only problem with unabridged task was i torn screen on bedroom window. Which was ordered at this time. They also did a very good chore of clean up afterward completion. All windows and leftover material was loaded in van and removed when leaving. All in all it was a very adept feel. The price of the windows were a bit college than local dealers but it is uncommon to go a quote that doesn't include some hidden charges. I would accept no problem referring Champion to others. The gentleman who came out to our house happened to be the sales manager at the Champion location in Cincinnati. He came out to design a sunroom for united states of america at first. We decided to go with a whole set of windows around our entire business firm so he came out a second fourth dimension. We also visited the showroom and we were very pleased with his thorough explanation. So information technology was really the client service, and the quality of the window that were apparent to us. Also, the installers were outstanding in every way. They worked with us to retrofit the windows to a 100-yr-old house. They had to do some finagling with that a bit to get the windows to the level that they needed to be. But information technology created a great product.
Nosotros oasis't felt excessive heat coming through when the sun is shining and cold coming through when it has been very cold. Also, the whole house is quieter. So it has impacted united states on our energy bills only with the quiet nature of racket reduction. Champion is a great pick. I would refer others to some of the people that I talked with and worked with at Champion.

I looked for somebody that would be local and Champion Windows is local. A couple of the other outfits seem like middlemen. They would come in here and so they would hire somebody else out to put the windows in, and they bought the windows from somebody else. Champion makes their own windows. I looked at five or vi dissimilar operations and Champion looked more than affordable and it was a expert product. The rep was cool. He was very detailed and went over all the basics and bolts to the operation.
The guys that came in and installed were brothers and they've been installing windows for Champion for 17 years. One blood brother works on the inside and one works on the outside. That's how they get the windows installed and so fast. They're swell and the windows wait really sturdy. These are all fiberglass aluminum, so I shouldn't have that much of a problem as far as the mold goes. The only thing is in two of the windows, information technology's a big bay window in the eye and the 2 sides slide in. You should be able to elevator those out to clean them. Only the 1 that's in the upstairs bedroom needs nigh some other 16th of an inch to be able to pop out.

I purchased twenty windows, four doors, and the sunroom from Champion. The quality of the products is fantastic. It'due south all very adept. The sales rep was really good. First, he came out about the sunroom. And so, afterwards the sunroom was more often than not built, I had him come out and I talked to him virtually the windows and the doors. He knew what he was talking most. He knew what nosotros needed and ordered it. He had a lot of good suggestions.
The sunroom was really practiced. Information technology took them a while though. The weather condition had a lot to do with information technology and COVID had another things to do with it. But we finally got it done. The windows, I was amazed how fast they got those in. The doors, there was a lot of work they had to practise to become those doors in. But one time they were in, they were fabled. Champion is great. The large difference has been my air status. I can prepare information technology where I like it instead of setting it where I would set up information technology to save money. At present, I've got it set where I bask the temperature and my air conditioner hardly comes on during the day. Information technology's been in the hundreds for weeks.

Our experience with Champion sunrooms. We hired their services to add on a sunroom in march 2021 to exist completed past july 4, 2021. From july to october 29 we had very poor communication. On october 29, 2021 nosotros drove to their showroom to notice there had non been whatsoever supplies ordered and no follow up on the kc let. We made telephone calls all the way up to the ceo's office with no return calls. In december 2021 we contacted the mo attorney general function and they contacted champion at the height and their call was returned.
Six weeks after we take our sunroom. Information technology is 06/13/2022 and we take 6, yes 6 leaking windows out of 8. Now this is poor quality command from the factory. Give thanks goodness nosotros withal owe them final payment which they won't come across until all is fixed. Plus they volition be replacing some carpet and pad which volition be deducted from the final payment. Please, please, read the reviews and accept notation of the bad ones. All sunrooms are existence put together at the mill so installed like a puzzle with a lot of calk. Buyer beware.

We love the production then far. We did windows for the whole firm and information technology went pretty smoothen. We didn't hear much for a while, but we expected that 'cause it was gonna exist months earlier annihilation was ready. Communication was fine, and the whole job was washed a lot quicker than we originally expected.

The guy from Champion came out and beginning talked to the states, and we liked his attitude. We liked the way that he handled himself. Nosotros got windows and a front end door through them, likewise. The installation was very good. We were well-satisfied. They fabricated sure everything was every bit it was supposed to be. We had a patio done showtime by Champion a few years ago, and then we called them when we wanted our windows washed. The overall quality of the windows seems swell. The person who did the installation was very knowledgeable. He was here for about seven hours.
